“4 stars for the quality of flooring and no damages... I would have given full 5 if they had helped me with bringing in the flooring. I had no one to help me and I am disabled. I did it but it floored me and I even had to write an email to them. With social distancing and wearing PPE I don't understand why they insist not to help bring it indoors.”
