“The laminated floor arrived in line with the agreed delivery times. The packs were all in good condition without any knocks or damage. The delivery driver was accommodating and helpful in getting the packs into my back garden. I fitted the floor myself and I am very pleased with the end product.”

“We received the consignment promptly and as promised. We are satisfied with the product. However, we would have been grateful for more help with the initial order process and selection of flooring. The order was needed to replace an area of flooring damaged by a leak. We purchased flooring from you 5 years ago 12mm laminate Toscana Oak, a product which has since been discontinued. We wanted the best match and your Custom Service people merely directed us to choose ourselves from photos on the website. Photos on the website do not give us the best guide. It would have been helpful if you had given your opinion on the best colour match so we could have made a more informed decision. We fully understand it's our choice and responsibility ultimately.”
