“I ordered sample and decided to order floor for kitchen. Very beautiful floor. Just not happy with delivery service. As they just emailed me order will deliver on this day 8am /6pm. No one sit all day for one delivery. They should give two hours or four hours time slot. When they delivered order out side of my door.as relue was lifted. So not sure why they didn't put in side. I was lucky my son was home that day otherwise order will outside in rain. So all over good.”

“Excellent product and easy to lay.Fabulous colour and looks superb. Thanks to the team at Factory Direct Flooring delivered on time and helped with a second delivery when I had ordered short.Would definitely use again.”
