“The flooring is very good quality. The customer service is poor. Delivery appears to rely totally on the mobile phone. Delivery men do not make a serious effort to attract your attention if your phone is out of use for any reason. They drive off then you have to pay another £50 for re delivery. If you try to cancel the order the response is ok but we will take the £50 pounds anyway. I have video evidence of an attempted delivery and it shows no serious attempt at attracting my attention even though there were two adults, two children and two dogs in the house at the time. So if you use this company make sure your tech is up to scratch or pay exorbitant delivery charges.”
