“Flooring is great. However it arrived damaged. Customer service is appalling. Please make sure you check the flooring before you have allowed the delivery driver to leave otherwise you will have weeks of frustrating email contacts ahead of you. Judging by Trust Pilot this seems to be a common theme. Great if all goes to plan, terrible when it doesn't. I won't buy from them again.”
