“Quality flooring (according to the man who laid it) fitted together smoothly and looks more expensive than price. HOWEVER, a star deducted for having a whole pack plus the majority of a second one left over. I asked for help from the company as to quantity required and went with their advice. They recommended a 10% extra over the measurements but pretty sure I have much more than that left over.....my ignorance of course....apparently you can take off the 10% extra but that passed me by when ordering flooring. Otherwise perfectly satisfied. ANOTHER POINT...very stressful awaiting delivery three times over three days which did not happen. Arrived at the 11th hour mid-afternoon with man coming to fit the following morning. Not sure if company or courier problem but not happy with stress and phone calls required. But prompt communication from the company”
