“Lovely flooring, looks great and good quality for the price. Took off one star because the delivery was atrocious - took day off work to wait in for it, the courier company did not deliver and were unreachable by phone, even when I tried the following day. It eventually turned up but driver dumped the pallet on the side of the road and started getting back in his van before I could sign the delivery note/report defect. Very annoying as one pack was damaged and I'd lost the right to request refund due to delivery driver but luckily we worked our way around it by using the damaged planks as offcuts. Ended up paying a little bit more and buying from B&Q for the next room which was a lot less faff and slightly better quality. Worth ordering if you want to change floor for low cost and are happy to wait around/deal with very unhelpful delivery company.”

“Alert alert alert !!!! The actual laminate flooring is very good - HOWEVER THE SERVICE AND DELIVERY IS POOR. Unless your picking this up please do not order from these cowboys. As I think it was delivered by one of there horses.”
