“laminated flooring was good value for money only problem was the delivery as I was told if I paid an additional £12,99 I could choose a morning for delivery only to receive a phone call later saying this was not possible even though I had arranged time off work for delivery . Had to make other arrangements at last min which was stressful and inconvenient”
