“Just wanted to say I had excellent service from Simon and the rest of the team at Factory Direct Flooring. Firstly they contacted me to advise that I had selected the wrong underlay for the click flooring, which they allowed me to change. They also arranged a next day Saturday AM delivery (yes in the middle of a pandemic and snow!) It meant I could get the job finished at least a week earlier. The floor is down and looks amazing. Excellent value and so polite even when I was being a pain!”
