“excellent customer service when an order was submitted online and it was identified by staff that the wrong underlay had been chosen. Received a call the day after order submitted to explain, and the whole order (with correct d=underlay) wad delivered within a couple of days and on the date specified during the ordering process. Very pleased with the quality and ease of fitting. No breakages during fitting, looks high end quality. would recommend this company and use them again.”
