“Really pleased with flooring the only thing I would say was disappointing was I didn’t receive a call from delivery driver , they said they would leave a message for driver to call ion way of delivery but didn’t , it was lucky that I had my daughter to sit in for me and wait for delivery as I would of had to pay for a redelivery if missed .”

“The product itself was excellent. However a number of the planks had the corners chipped because of rough handling during transit and also poor packing. Although some polystyrene was used at the ends of the boxes this was not enough to protect the corners as the boxes are heavy and the polysterene had merely broken off or become displaced. Luckily on this occasion I had enough surplus to finish the job.”
