“After ordering four different samples from Factory Direct Flooring, all of which arrived next-day delivery, we took the plunge and order around 100m2 of Arbor Oak Dark laminate. Shortly after placing the order I had a call about the delivery dates and sure enough delivery took place as planned with two pallets full of flooring! Now we've started laying it we couldn't be happier, it's going down wonderfully easily and is looking incredible. Many thanks.”
