“Builder installed this very quickly. It looks great - wouldn't know it wasn't real wood. I hope it's as hard wearing as the warranty suggests, but only time will tell. I'm very pleased with it.”

“This was the third time I had bought and laid laminate flooring and it definitely is the best I've had. In fact in gutted because we've de idea to take it through into another room, which means paying for another delivery. It is very easy to lay down and looks fantastic looking exactly like proper wood. Make sure you order the right amount as the 'extra' 10% added for wastage meant we ad far too much had we not decided to extend the floor further. I used the roll of blue underlay and would definitely recommend this as the green board which I've used before starts to disintegrate and cause dust eventually.”

“We bought this sight unseen, so we're a little unsure how it would be, but are really happy with it. Looks and feels very natural and hard-wearing. Our builder, who lays a lot of floors, is very impressed with it and says it's very easy to lay as well. Great price too - basically got a lot more (quality) for our money than at various high street diy retailers I could mention.”

“I first telephoned Factory Direct and spoke to James...I asked for a quote for new laminate flooring giving the approx measurements for my floor and was surprised how affordable flooring is at Factory Direct...Their prices are very hard to beat...As well as this i have telephoned James a few more times asking questions to which nothing was too much trouble...I consider Factory Direct are very affordable that they have lots of products available....Their prices are very hard to beat and the customer service is outstanding....I will be purchasing again from Factory Direct....”

“Really pleased with this flooring. Reassuringly substantial to handle, and looks great throughout house. Really like the classy look - and the different shades make it look natural and lively. Very tough - dogs and furniture moving - not a hint of a scratch. Unbelievably good value for money, especially compared to the usual chain stores.”
