“I ordered this flooring after looking at a sample. The sample arrived the next day and a day later I took delivery of the flooring. It was delivered in good condition and a day later it was down in the bathroom. Lovely quality and pleasing to the eye.”

“flooring ok was to be delivered on 26/7/19 did not arrive was told water damage to the flooring rearranged for the 31/7/19 AM delivery did arrive I had to ring the haulage company up and get the flooring my self but I did get the delivery cost back than you”

“Flooring is a great product, works well, easy to fit, good price. Note, however, I have never known a firm act so awkwardly and unprofessionally when dealing with the delivery aspect. I was furious both times I ordered goods at the terrible delivery performance. If they sorted this, they would be on a winner, as it is, its just as well I cant find anyone else to supply otherwise Id buy elsewhere”
