“The review is for service not product. You advertised this product with a free full size night serum. When I didn’t receive it I queried it & was told you had made a error & I was refused it. You then took it off the description. I bought this set based on the products you advertised. I have looked into this further & by law you must provide what you advertise. It was your error & you should’ve sent me the product. I’ve been a customer for years & am far from happy !!!”
