“Love, love, LOVE this hand cream! I was badly burned in a fire 4 years ago (full thickness burns to 25% of my body, including the back of both my hands, fingers and arms) and have struggled to find a hand cream that my skin grafts can actually absorb. Most products just sit on the top and messily pill off, or leave a horribly greasy residue; they remind me of the claustrophobic, encased feeling the unpleasant hospital ointments engendered, prescribed when my burns first started to heal. I felt like I was suffocating. They rubbed off on clothing, furniture, EVERYTHING; I was a sticky mess! I ditched them as soon as I could, and went on a long quest, involving many different brands, to find a moisturising cream that worked for me, without success...so I thought I'd give Nursem a try. It's just brilliant! I had started to believe my damaged skin was incapable of allowing anything to ”sink in”, but this absorbs easily, doesn't leave a trace of residue if you don't over apply, and my skin is soft, supple, comfortable and non greasy. And boy does it last a long time, several months! Even though I bought the scented version, I honestly don't notice any strong aroma, and I have hyperosmia due to neurodivergency, and am particularly sensitive to strong perfumes. Personally this didn't trigger my sensory issues at all. It has a wealth of beneficial natural ingredients, and no lanolin or paraffin, a big plus for me as they make me itch. After trying some REALLY expensive brands that were hugely disappointing, this is by far the best and most effective, affordable product on the market, imo. I highly recommend you give this a try! “The hand cream as such is excellent I could not wish for anything better , it rubs in very easily and it doesn't leave your hands feeling greasy and you don't need to use a lot of it, the only problem I found is the aroma of it , it's not a nasty smell or a horrible smell it's an unusual smell . And in my opinion , and my opinion only I think if it had a more pleasant scent I would have had know hesitation of giving it 5 stars all day long brilliant hand cream”

“I love the 75ml version of this hand cream, so bought a larger size to keep in my bathroom. It's a really good size and great value for money. Great if you have really dry or chapped hands, or eczema-prone skin. It hydrates without leaving any greasy residue which I love.”
