“I have been alternating using Skin youth biome with skin clear biome for the variety of friendly bacterias it provide. Gut health is essential to a good absorption of food nutrients. One is for anti aging and the other one for clarifying the skin. I have been explained by a trainer that is not a problem to use both. The capsule come in individual blisters. Make sure you ingest you capsule quickly as the bacterias will start dying. My experience is that I feel a lot less bloated. I also got a free sample of Skin omegas which I already use.”
