“The policy to not be able to exchange products because they’ve been used is old fashioned. Space NK allows this and American companies. Also the colours on the website do not reflect what it actually looks like. The models for the fair complexion all have very different complexions. Giving the impression that it fits many skin tones in the light range when actually it only suits very pale skin.”
