“I take this suplement for my joint as a preventative. Have been taking them for 3 years. The tablets are big so I break them down in 2 and ingest with food. They have a funny tingling taste if you let them melt into your mouth.”

“Have been on it for 3 years to delay the ageing process of my joints. I have no issue yet and uses this product as a preventative. I also use other ANP products such as antioxydent, Vit C capsules and youth biome (gut health). Going through menaupause and need extra support.”

“Taking this product as a preventative ( I have a manual work ) in my 50's for nearly 2 years . Beware large pills. Has to be broken in two.”

“I use the product as a preventative, so I can not comment on how effective it is. I have been using this product for just over 1 year. I love the philosophy of the Advance nutrition program company. The company uses high quality ingredients. One negative side: the pills are 2 cm long. I have to break the pill to be able to ingest it. I take it with food. Aldo, it tingles on the tongue.”
