“Product came damaged and leaking. I was requested to return a leaking product which I had discarded. I have been refused a replacement or refund. I will not be ordering again from this company”

“The new formula of this treatment cream is not as effective as the old one. The consistency is rather tacky/sticky and does not dry as fast as the old formula; making it inconvenient to use in the night. However, still an excellent product to combat melasma and worth the high price!”

“I have been using this product over the years with no problem. I received my new order which is now different from the previous. I have used it for 2 days and today I woke up with severe rashes on my face,neck,hands and arms,itching everywhere.My eyes half closed. I paid £184.99 for this product and now I can’t use.Why was it changed from the product I know? May I please send it back and have a refund. Thank you.”
