“I have purchasing this product from FTF for many years. The last one is absolutely not genuine. It has caused irritation to my skin and sadly FTF is not addressing this issue in a responsible manner.”

“I’m going to give this 3 stars for now…as I am not at the stage where I can see if it’s had positive effects on my complexion. Warning - this stuff is extremely potent. I used a little amount in the evening, leaving on overnight. 2 days later my face is extremely red ( I cannot leave the house!) . I have peeled quite a bit but that was fine, it’s the redness I’m shocked at! I have stopped use for now whilst I wait for my face to recover. If I use it in the future I will not put on overnight, maybe just a couple of hours. I do not have sensitive skin and have used retinols and peels at home before with no issues. I am currently quite worried that the redness isn’t subsiding…I look like I fell asleep in the sun and have extreme sunburn! Desperate for it to subside and hope I haven’t done any permanent damage…”

“This cream is AMAZING. I can’t praise it enough. I had previously booked in for cosmelan 1 (the full in clinic peel) and did a lot of research and found that cosmelan 2 has similar effects so I took the plunge. In 2 weeks 98% of my pigmentation has gone and i had severe melasma. It is a bit of a journey i will say! Some days painful and lots of peeling but so worth it! I thank the girl who posted below with the picture as it’s her that made me order it.”
