“I have been buying this product for many years and typically would give 5 stars, however, I purchased 2 pots recently and, despite product arriving in sealed packaging and within date, the pads are not moist. Reported fault to Face the Future and they are being slow to resolve, stating they need to take 'advice' from manufacturer.”

“For just over a week I have been using HydroPeptide Purifying Cleanser - Pure, Clear & Clean, HydroPeptide Clarifying Toner - Balance Control Pads, and Medik8 Retinol 3 TR. I have been applying the cleanser and toner morning and night and the Retinol at night. I am 29 years old and work in an office located in a very dusty and dirty workshop. I struggled with bad acne throughout my teenage years and early twenties which left me with pitted scars and uneven skin tone. I have an oily T-zone and very large pores over my nose, to the side of my nose and forehead. I bought these products to help with the red acne scars and some fine lines. I have noticed my skin is a whole lot tighter. It has a very slight Botox feel to it, my forehead feels tight enough to stop me from frowning so much. I few of my fine lines have gone to. My red acne scars have faded A LOT since using these products. I have also noticed when I apply my foundation my pores appear smaller and less noticeable. The cleanser feels smoothe and silky when applying it and it doesn't dry out my skin. The toner is a little harsher, it will irritate broken skin but it does make your skin feel fresh and tight after application. The Retinol feels slightly oily but not greasy. As I am using all these products together, I can't really say which one is more beneficial to my skin. All 3 products combined are making a big difference to my skin which no other product has been able to do. My skin looks smoother, healther and has made me feel so much more confident.”
