“We bought this item as a gift for a colleague who was leaving the company after 15 years. We asked for it to be engraved with his name and a short message. It was slightly longer than the limit on the product page, but the customer service said it would be fine and there was enough space. The pen arrived the next day and the engraving was perfect. It really looked classy. They should have an image of the engraving to show how good the engraving looks so people can see it before buying. I am very impressed and recommend this pen and the customer service. A big thanks.”
