“A powerful saw plenty of power and gives a very accurate and fine cut. Saw has very good balance when cutting adjustments are easy to use the base is solid and cast alloy not flimsy steel base like some other brands. And finally a good price would recommend.”

“A loud and somewhat rough motor compared to others I have used. Should have spent the extra £10 and got the blade with more/finer teeth as this one tends to leaves rough edges and breaks at the end of the cut, especially on softwood. The scale on the depth of cut adjustment bears no relation to the actual depth of the cut. I set it to 20 mm when cutting the end of an 18 mm batten and it only manage to cut to 15 mm leaving the end still attached. The thicker the piece of work the larger the discrepancy, so you end up trying to set the depth while holding the saw against the work. Not always accurate or even achievable on some cases.”

“The Fury circular saw turned out to be everything I expected. The depth and angle adjusters are easy to reach and use and the side arm gives a good guide along the wood for straight cutting. Most impressive is that the blade cuts beautifully through timber (and nails) with next to no sound or vibration.”
