“I was looking for a metal chop saw to help with planned welding work and read many reviews and watched many videos on Youtube before homing in on the Evolution Rage 2 355 model. I came across an advert in Ebay for manufacturer-refurbished used models at a good price and classified according to their refurbished condition - e.g. grade B, grade C. After speaking with a very nice lady in the Evolution customer care team and gaining some reassurance I decided to go for a grade C model and have been absolutely delighted with both the condition and the - honestly - brilliant cutting results of this saw. I am genuinely pleased with this purchase. The saw came properly packed in an original box, together with spare motor brushes and user manual. Well done Evolution!”

“The saw is brilliant! I've been using the saw for the last 4 years in my fabrication company, and just changed it for another Evolution saw as I wore the last one out. I've cut everything from 5mm wall box section to solid square bar. The best saw I've ever used”

“Very pleased with saw, produces very clean cuts, it will be a useful machine. There was one fault, the clamp wasn't able to be set at exactly 90 degrees. I had to dismantle it and file the slot to get it to fit at the correct angle.”

“not recommended. Saw was broken after max of 1 hr use in total. Worst quality of the tool I ever bought. ...and broken down just after the warranty period (12 months) passed. Spare parts are very expensive. Disappointed in all aspects.”

“Absolute monster cut through 24 x 100 x 100 4 mm steel box 42 x 6 mm x 80 mm flat bar .24 cuts through 24 mm threaded rod And 22 cuts through 6 x 100 flat bar Blade still like new Well worth the money. shop around you will get a great deal”

“This is fine for what I want, it doesn't take up to much room and is fairly portable. I don't know how it would stand up to use on site but it,s fine in my shed and gets carried out onto the patio for cutting longer items occasionally. Seems to make far less sparks than the trusty Stihl saw that I used to use.”
