“So far I have only used the multi-material blade for softwood and plywood. The blade does a good job with very minimal splintering and cut marks. Like all circular saws, the dust collection is poor. I personally do not like having to hold up the blade guard when aligning on to the track. An engineered holding open device could surely be achieved. Overall I would still recommend the R185CCSX to others for DIY use.”

“I recently purchased a Track Saw (Evolution R185CCSX+). What a cracking piece of kit! Arrived within a couple of days, and was immediately set into action. A quality tool which produces a quality job. Only wish I'd bought one years ago. There was one issue, with the Parallel Guide (it was nowhere near parallel). A quick email to Evolution and a replacement part arrived the following day. What more can you ask for!?! Great product, and great service from Evolution.”
