“These are actually hard plastic and not concrete. However they look nice. The plant is potted in inner plastic sleeve. This plastic is filled with pieces of foam onto which the plant is potted with an expanding foam underneath the cardboard. Stones are supplies separately and one puts them over the cardboard. Once fill the inner sleeves with soil admired with some foam to make the pot heavy so that it is not blown away by strong winds. I actually placed a circular 5kg weight over the foam pieces in the inner sleeves.”
