“The 'plant' arrived with all the leaves bunched together and very curved. It took me over half an hour trying to straighten each and every 'leaf' .. they still curve downwards too much leaving the centre of the plant flat .. it looks saggy .. it's very hard to get any leaves to actually stand more upright to give the shape of a living plant rather than one that is wilting. If I could remedy the wilted look, the appearance would be OK as the individual leaves are a good colour and look realistic .. hence the score of 3”
