“A very secure box arrived, opening it up were two gift bags and in each one, one jewellery box wrapped in tissue paper. Thoughtfully presented, safe and secure I opened each box... one contained the charm and the other a 'droplets ring'. Each one is beautiful and each containing my daughter's ashes. “I placed the order online, received a ring sizer and ashes kit within days. I was advised it would take 8-10 week but only took around 5, so please to receive in time for Christmas. And the finished result - just perfect .”
