“The whole process of ordering the ring, receiving the package to send the ashes etc. was very straightforward and the turnaround was quick. The ring is beautiful, just as pictured on line. The only one negative thing was the size. I took a ring to a jewelers to get it sized professionally and doubled checked this with the ring guide I was sent but sadly the ring I received is slightly bigger. As it cannot be altered I cannot wear it where I’d like to.”
