“The ring itself is beautiful but the colour does not look like it did in the brochure. I keep telling myself that as it is my boy its ok but I still keep going back to it being Green and not the Aqua shown. If it wasn't for it being Harvey, I would not wear it! I asked if it could be changed obviously for a change but was given a straight 'NO'”

Dear Kirsty, Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the colour of your ring I have taken a look at your completed ring and can confirm that your aqua ring is a match to the aqua colour swatch advertised on your order card. Unfortunately, there can be slight differences in the colour due to the colours and density of the ashes or hair provided for our jewellery we do apologise for this. Best wishes Everwith
