“I'm really pleased with the ring that I have received, unfortunately the length of time it took and no communication was a major let down. It took over 11 weeks when the website says 6 - 8 weeks, with the only communication in that time was me asking how long it will be. When dealing with customers precious ashes you need to be more respectful. For this reason I cannot recommend you.”
