“The second part of my order was a white gold halo ring , which when arrived is of lovely quality. Again, i had to keep asking for updates about my order and it took 13.5 weeks , there was no warning at the start of the order to say it would be 8 weeks for example. Communication vastly needs improving because the products are lovely when you finally get them.”
