“The pendant itself is lovely and beautiful and couldn’t ask for anything better. However, the chain is an issue. This is my second necklace because the chain broke the first time and I lost it. I thought the second time would be different but straight away the clasp of the chain is very stiff and hard to open fully so makes it hard to put on. The chain is very flimsy and so in order to prevent the same thing from happening I had to purchase another chain, which would be fine but given the expensive of the necklace in the first place I wasn’t too happy about it.”

“I got this to remember my dog by. It was definitely worth the money and the finish is exquisite. I am very happy with the quality of the pendent. I'm glad there was plenty of choice with regards to the resin colour which meant I could pick one that was special and significant.”
