“Unfortunately having worn these earrings for a couple of days my ears started to get warm and irritated. I have had to take them out which has made me sad as now I can’t wear them like I wanted to to feel my mother near me. They also cost a lot of money and I can’t wear them now. I’m not sure if you can help me with this problem.”
