I've looked at the details on your order and can see that you changed your mind on the charm bead originally ordered and requested The Heart Memorial Charm Bead instead. This style does have a smaller area for the resin and ashes. We do try to provide all measurements and technical data on the website. I can see that we also created the beautiful Revere Bracelet for you with matching aqua resin and diamond dust. “My charm is beautiful. It’s really chunky and quite heavy and the ashes in the middle look beautiful. I’ve put the charm onto a Pandora bracelet and it fits perfectly.”
