“Mythe Barn was the venue chosen for the 2024 Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council Rural Conference because both the venue and Eventurous share the same climate change concerns and have the same sustainability methods in place as the Borough Council. Mythe Barn is a stunning location that is part of a fully functioning working farm and shows diversification in the farming community working so well. Eventurous provided all the technical equipment in order to accommodate a large audience being able to hear and see the conference in a professional manor as well as aid us in keeping a large, tight agenda to time. The staff and owners of Mythe Barn & Eventurous could not have been more helpful both in the pre conference organisation and during the event itself. We have received only positive feedback from both our delegates and partner organisation’s that either held a market place stand or presented to the conference audience. Thank you to the whole team. “We used Eventurous for our conference team building earlier this summer as Eventurous was referred to us by the venue we were using. Eventurous were diligent in responding to my emails and in providing all the information requested (Public Liability, Risk Assessment...). We had to change the date of the event and then move the time slightly, both times this was done without fuss. On the day, the team that came to run the event was really friendly and very accommodating, everything was organised perfectly and more to the point everyone had a lot of fun! So thank you very much Eventurous!”

“Couldn't recommend Eventurous enough! We've just had our annual summer conference at Sheepy Meadows and it's probably one of the smoothest events we've ever had. From pre-event communications to the team helping us with literally everything on the day (arrivals, set up, catering, refreshments, team building, and just being available to help at all times of the day) - they were perfect! Having one company that dealt with everything rather than trying to keep track of multiple suppliers, really made it so much easier too. Huge thank you to all of the team! :)”

“From the first point of contact (initial visit to Mythe Barn) the reception and assistance from Helen was second to none. We felt very comfortable in giving them our business. We were not disappointed at all, the organisation, communication and cooperation were wonderful. On the day we had so many positive comments about how the event was completely stress-free. Not only because of the Eventurous staff, who were incredible, but also the catering staff, who couldn't do enough for us. With no hesitation, we are planning a repeat visit for 2024.
