“I spent a long time reviewing jackets before choosing this one. I am pleased with it so far as it is a good quality jacket with practical features at a reasonable price. Although the "Night Eagle" suggests it is targetted for "poor light use", I intend to wear it for all conditions including good/bad weather and good/poor light.”
