“My measurements fit M size (lower of the specified range) but I feel the actual fit is still a bit on the loose side. I wonder if I had chosen a S would the fit be better. Otherwise the material is good and comfortable.”

“unfortunately I havent received my purchase when contacted the customer service I have been told ,It has been delivered and they wont deal with lost item and I have to contact royal force really disappointed with the poor service as I paid to this company they are in charge to deal with the matter but its seems they dont care”

With regards to the dispute, we explained you would need to contact them directly as they would ask you personal questions we cannot answer, i.e. information about your premises. “I’m very disappointed in this this I’ll give it a star because it provided compression on my arm however it provides zero compression on my upper back thus not accomplishing its purpose. Furthermore, the back kept rising up and bunching just beneath my neck and within an hour I couldn’t keep it on.”

Dear Mimi Thank you for your Reviews of the three garments, this is very helpful to us. Your comments on the #B943 Compression Arm Sleeve with Adjustable Cotton-knitted bra leads me to think that this was not the most appropriate garment for your requirements. This garment only has a 1" band which is not that supportive for the lower back. It might be that the #BV933 Long Arm Sleeve Bolero which has a wider 2" band and more support for the back would be a better option. Feel free to contact our customer service regarding this.
