“Had the original version for 4 years and it was a great bag. Bought the backpack again (the old one got stolen) and realised they'd changed the zippers on the pockets to a less water resistant kind and made the stitching less secure. Within 3 weeks of normal use one of the zippers came off, making the pocket unusable. Still going through the warranty process.”
