“This is a really useful hooded vest. You can use your wetsuit in colder conditions by wearing this underneath. It is better than a hood alone, because it seals so well around the neck. A lot of hoods are too thick - I mean, you're not going to be surfing in the arctic circle are you?! - but this one is the right thickness - fairly thin - which makes it nice to wear. The quality is high - good stretchy neoprene with a soft fuzzy lining on the inside. Rip Curl wetsuits are always great, and this item is no exception.”
