“I have already left a review, however you never know how good a company is unless there's an issue. I had issues with the Tarpon 120 with poor moulding issues "PITTING" and marks on the keel and incorrectly fitted straps. All this I was willing to forgive as the performance made up for the Quality Control aspects. I have since realised that my front hatch doesn't close correctly from new, this came to light with another Tarpon 120 that closed correctly. The video clips shows how it should close with the smaller hatch. the big one is a different ballgame. I've gone through Escape to Wilderness and all I can say is I must be a very low priority with Wilderness, having given them the same clips, "They are talking to Production" and a Tumble Weed Moment, clearly quite a long conversation as it's nearly 2 weeks. Escape Watersports I'm not sure how eager they are to solve this but clearly not as much as me. SO STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM PRODUCTION. Tarpon 120 great Kayak hope you get a GOOD ONE and no ISSUES. Wilderness System Feedback at the moment EXTREMLY POOR for a £829 Kayak”
