“Very disappointing service. Ordered set of fins that were advertised on the website as XL (UK10-11). Delay in delivery (Royal Mail teling me that they were waiting for Escape watersports to send the order but Escape telling me they had it - leading to the start of numerous calls to chase). Re-ordered and paid for courier delivery as needed as Christmas present. Order arrived and XL were showing on the fins as size 9.5-10.5 so they were too small. Contacted Escape Watersports advising of incorrect size being advertised on their website. No apology was just asked to send photo showing wrong size. Did this and asked for refund including refund of courier cost. Receied refund for fins but not cost of courier. Really try to support smaller businesses and not order same from Amazon but very disappointed with service and not to receive courier cost refund when fault was their end.”
