“Great service from escape fast delivery and well packed. Slightly disappointed with the flask as it doesn’t keep soup hot for long. By lunch time it’s just warm if filled in the morning. Also once received I read the instructions which say not to be carried in a bag due to the chance of leaks due it is quarter turn lid. This really make this product almost pointless as carrying it in your hand all morning is quite annoying. Shame this design doesn’t have a conventional full screw lid to make it more practical. Nice to have the wide opening lid while eating.”
