“Escape watersports are great. their prices are on the money but most importantly their customer service is excellent. I got my sizings wrong twice on an item and they switched it out with no hassle and also helped me out a lot. Its doubtful that I will buy stuff from anyone else as they treat me like a really valued customer and that is really important to me.”

“The Palm 10m Ocean Pro Towline seems to be the go-to towline for many sea kayakers, so after taking advice, I chose the same and am very pleased with the kit. Build quality is excellent as you'd expect, but there are two things to consider. 1. The belt supplied is long, to cater for all sizes, except the very skinny. With a 31 inch waist, the belt is about at its smallest, even over a spraydeck, though this gives room for expansion when wearing winter gear or after a good lunch. Important to note though, is the excess belt will need to be trimmed to a suitable length to avoid any flapping or snagging. 2. There is a debate as to which end the elastic section of the tow line should be; either the clip end or the belt end. It's easy enough to re-tie if necessary. The additional clips on the belt are useful for looping the line back and so shortening the tow length, and the large opening flap makes for easy re-packing of the line. The bright colour is a bonus and there is ample place to write contact / information on, though there is not a specific tag or place to do this.”
