“The Serpent is a great PFD, only the first one I’ve bought myself but fits well, works well and is quality fabrication. I want to say the service from Escape Watersports was top notch! Thanks”

“I bought this buoyancy jacket for use on both sea and river and it has exceeded my expectations as an excellent jacket. It's a nice design with a snug fit and does not ride up when in the water. You have very good arm freedom of movement and can swim easily. It's easy to put on and get off with fast release if you need to. It also has a D-Ring safety hook-up on the back. It's a simple design but works very well. There is a self draining pocket at the front with an elasticated holder for a safety knife. Lastly I love the colour scheme which is easy on the eye. Overall a superb jacket for all round use. Any disadvantages -the only point is to note this jacket does not have so much pocket space as some of the expedition jackets if this is a consideration for you. Personally I do not want the extra bulk that this entails and the Astral Serpent 2.0 is a classic design which works extremely well. Highly recommended.”
