“Excellent PFD, and the price was half of normal retail. Very well designed and put together, easy to use clamshell type pockets for essentials and generous sizing. Comfortable around the shoulder straps as some cheaper pfds' tend to rub on your neck. Could be improved with the addition of a couple of D rings sewn in the front and couple in the back. Then crotch straps could be attached if needed. Not everyone likes the idea of crotch straps, but if you've ever tried a self rescue and your PFD is riding up over your beer belly, you'll know it makes sense to have crotch straps. Overall, a better purchase for me the the NRS Chinook which has the foam in the back placed a lot higher so it doesn't move you forward of the seat. This will be pushing up on the back of your head if your of a short stature. So overall, top ratings for the NRS Raku for shorter kayakers.”

“Excellent pfd, loads of pockets for carrying all the, err essentials I take! Fits well and very comfortable and as always, quick, efficient service and a cracking bargain price! I'll continue to use Escape!!”
