“I bought these to use as additional support for putting my 2 ebikes on the bike-rack on the roof of my car. Ebikes are a fair bit heavier than a normal bike and the support on the bike rack that holds the bikes upright didnt really fit round the wide downtube where the battery is, and didnt clamp very well, so I used these as a verticle post to strap the bikes firmly to. It worked better than I could have expected 2000 miles of every road type from motorway to bumpy single-track and neither bike moved or became loose. Well worth the money they cost me!”

“Good bit of kit, will work well once I’ve modified the RUK T rack adaptor kit (so I can fit them), which I bought separately, as supplied, the RUK adaptor kit isn’t so good. The bolt heads foul the top of the Thule Wingbars, I’ve yet to modify the bolts (or find different ones) to fit.”
