“I've just completed a 400 mile round trip with two kayaks on the roof with no issues. My loading and strapping method needs streamlining but that is about me and not the bars. They are solid, easy to fit and remove to/from my Thule aerobars and small enough to stow easily. Definitely worth the money.”

“As it says, slides into my aero bars and tightens down. Simple to use and effective. I have a sea kayak and an 11ft crossover. These fit nicely either side”

“Real happy with these uprights from RUK. As advertised, easy to install and solidly built. Used them this weekend to transport 4 seakayaks on the roof rack for a family getaway. If not for the uprights would have had to take two cars rather than the one. A two hour drive in each direction and they did not budge. This is my 3rd purchase from Escape Watersports and nothing but good things to say. Wonder what I'm buying next...Xmas is coming up!”

“For the price they do work well. Although I did have to take a file to 1 of the T bolt plates that slides into aero bar groove because where the threaded studs are welded the weld was too big and wouldn’t fit into channel on aero bar. Took 5 mins as I have plenty of tools, but could be an issue to someone without tools.”
