“Sorry, but I did not like this paddle at all. When I called for advice I said I wanted a split light weight paddle and was recommended this one. The photo did not show the bulky joining mechanism which I do not like and it's too heavy for me. I tried it out once on the loch and decided to return it but was told I could not return it if I'd used it. This sounds fair enough but how am I supposed to try it out if I don't use it I wonder! So now I'm stuck with a paddle I don't like and probably won't ever use. I will end up selling it online but will have to take a hit as no-one will pay full price for it 'second hand' This experience does not encourage me to buy from you again, although the dry suit I bought from you is ace so perhaps you can't win them all! This is the thing I find difficult about buying online, if I'd seen it I wouldn't have bought it but as it was here and I needed a paddle that day I thought, oh well I'll give it a go, but no it was no use, so that didn't work out did it? Sorry, I'm just a bit p'd off and you did ask for a review!”

“A good paddle for the price - the mechanism is smooth and easy to use and seems sturdy having used it a few times now. It is a good weight and does the job on the water allowing the paddler to move efficiently. Bought this to give the paddler a chance to try different angles and lengths and also useful if you might swap it amongst family member, plus it is so much easier to fit into a small car than a one piece. Would recommend.”
